About

Restaurateur Igor Prikhodko (the creator of Share Bistro and a partner and producer at Novikov School) has opened a wine bistro called "Debut" in Stoletnikovy Lane.

Located in the heart of Moscow's theater district, this project redefines the concept of a gastronomic space. "Debut" is a platform for premieres and cultural experiments, a place where the boundary between the audience and the stage disappears from the moment you step inside. It's a space for intimate performances, premieres, showcases, and the debuts of young talents. Every day, premieres—quiet or loud, grand or intimate—take place within the bistro's walls, all of which are significant. Here, silence is not expected; instead, an energy is created that inspires your own actions.

The menu, based on modern European cuisine, is structured like a theatrical performance. It begins with "Rehearsal": beef tartare with black caviar and aioli (1900 rubles), seared beef carpaccio with tonnato sauce (980 rubles), and salmon crudo with black truffle (1380 rubles). The first act features white mushroom soup (870 rubles) and onion soup with Brie cheese (690 rubles). "Intermission" offers veal brain with green salsa (760 rubles), sardines with mustard oil and pickled onions (1490 rubles), chicken nuggets with mushroom sauce (760 rubles), and a beef sandwich (1280 rubles). "Act Two" includes a green salad with avocado and pistachios (890 rubles), Caesar salad with anchovies (1100 rubles), and a vegetable salad with olives and feta cheese (1290 rubles). For main courses, you can order grilled sea bass with lemon sauce and capers (1980 rubles), a salmon pie with Champagne sauce (2200 rubles), and roasted lemon chicken with boiled asparagus and capers (1430 rubles). The "Climax" consists of desserts: chocolate mousse with salt and olive oil (670 rubles), blancmange with black caviar (1480 rubles), and lemon cream with crumble and vanilla cream (690 rubles). The "Buffet" offers marinated olives, fire-roasted tomatoes, grilled artichokes, Spanish pear in syrup, pancetta, bresaola, Parmesan cheese, and other delicacies. And for those who wake up early, they prepare scrambled eggs with crab in berbere sauce (1490 rubles), fried eggs with mortadella (860 rubles), a "hangover" breakfast with Viennese sausage (840 rubles), and a cheese curd with cherries and vanilla cream (690 rubles). The menu is complemented by a carefully curated wine list and a selection of the best Belgian beers. Events at the bistro will be held regularly—stay tuned for the schedule. "Debut" is a place for those who are searching for themselves, trying new things, starting over, or experiencing something for the first time. Come. Your debut begins here.
