Located in the city center, this gastrobar offers unique cocktails and cuisine. The name, North South, represents the two opposing sides of the restaurant industry: the bar and the kitchen. At N.S. Bar, we strive to combine the kitchen and the bar into a unified experience through food pairing. The cocktail menu is also divided into two sections: North/South. "Northern" cocktails are stronger, while "Southern" cocktails are lighter, fresher, and more suitable for summer. The kitchen doesn't adhere to a specific style but offers a variety of flavors and the chef's unique vision. At N.S. Bar, you'll notice that the working surface of the bar is at the same level as the guest seating area. This is designed to fully immerse the guest in the preparation process. Guests can observe the work of both the kitchen and the bar from behind the bar and at the chef's table, and they can interact with the chefs and bartenders to learn more about each dish or drink.
