Monoconcept. The first Bashkir fast-food restaurant, based on the traditional Bashkir dish – kystyby. But not only with classic fillings, but also with modern ones.

The "Aibat Khallyar" project combines the cultural heritage of Bashkir traditional cuisine with modern realities. Ethno-modernism in every detail. It's difficult to instill Bashkir culture in modern youth, but if it's closely intertwined with new and relevant trends, it's possible. That's how our project was born. The foundation for the signature dishes is the classic kystyby with modern fillings, such as: grilled chicken thigh, salmon, various cheeses, patties made from 100% farm-raised beef, fresh vegetables, and signature sauces. Now this dish has taken on a completely different, new look! The interior features elements of Bashkir architecture and ornaments, combined with modern and vibrant innovations such as pixels, glitches, and neon.
