Efendi

Efendi restaurant is a place where the atmosphere of traditional Turkish cuisine and hospitality comes to life.

The Turkish grill house, Efendi, is located in a historic estate dating back to 1964. A unique feature of our restaurant is the built-in grill at each table, where guests can cook their own meat, while a waiter will be on hand to offer guidance and assistance. Instead of regular charcoal, we use hazelnut shells – they are smoke-free, environmentally friendly, and impart a unique aroma to the meat. The menu features signature dishes such as traditional Turkish appetizers (meze), oven-baked dishes, and a wide selection of meats and steaks. Each guest will be told the legends and rituals associated with the restaurant, and will be given a tour of the premises. Our logo features a portrait of the owner's father, and "Efendi" translates to "gentleman" or "respected person." This logo reflects the idea behind the creation of this restaurant, as the owner's father, Barış Can, loved to gather his family and cook for them at a table with a built-in grill – it was a family tradition. And our owners want to share that tradition with everyone. The bar and bar area are designed in the style of Cappadocia – a true gem, embodying elegance and inspiration in the world of cocktails.
