Mimosa

"Mimosa" is a modern French bistro located on the central square of Yekaterinburg, in the district where the first coffee shops and buffets of the 19th century were established.

The bistro occupies a small but stylish space on the first floor of the "Europa" complex, facing 1905 Square. The establishment is creating a new chapter in French cuisine in Russia and offers the famous "Mimosa" cocktail – made with sweet oranges and excellent Russian or French champagne. Chef Maxim Pogadaev studied and began his career in France. At "Mimosa," he uses fresh, local, and Russian ingredients in a French style. The breakfast menu features French omelets and Eggs Benedict, fresh croissants, and cannelés. In the evening, you can enjoy a platter of seafood, homemade pasta, and light Roman-style pizza. Throughout the day, there are desserts from the in-house pastry shop, champagne, and cocktails. The cozy interior features large windows, a wall adorned with golden poplar root, and soft textiles. Comfortable furniture and beautiful lighting, sourced from around the world, create a pleasant evening atmosphere. In the summer, small tables and wicker chairs are set up along the historic facade, under yellow awnings. In the evening, blankets are available, offering a view of the historic buildings on the central square of Yekaterinburg.
