This is a unique project created by a young team of hospitality professionals from Rostov-on-Don, who are opening a new chapter in the culinary history of the Southern capital, located in a building from 1896, and with its own farm in the region.

The project's concept combines modern haute cuisine with a relaxed and approachable dining experience. The main focus is on creating a memorable experience for the guest, and for that, no special occasion is needed.

Mission and values: To create as many opportunities for memorable experiences as possible every day. To become a fusion of haute cuisine and easygoing interaction with guests. To combine the Southern spirit and hospitality with modern restaurant trends.

Key features: Haute cuisine that is a blend of traditional Southern flavors and the principles of Nordic minimalism. An in-house farm where local produce is grown, which forms the basis of the dishes. A unique interior filled with meaning, reflecting the history from the Scythians to the Cossacks, and the modern architectural landscape of the city.
