La Fabbrica

Almost authentic Italy, with homemade bread, fresh pasta, and wines from all regions of Italy, located in a former tobacco factory transformed into a "luxury industrial" space.

This joint project between Novikov Group and "Pravyy Bereg" group opened in 2018. The name "La Fabbrica" has a special meaning, as the restaurant is located in the building of the former Asmolov tobacco factory, which was founded in pre-revolutionary times and operated until the 1990s. The interior and concept focus on details: an open kitchen, mosaics on the walls with motifs of fantastic steampunk, elements of industrial Europe from the late 19th century and the early era of steam engines, handmade tableware, and much more. The restaurant's menu includes classic Italian dishes and signature dishes created by Chef Oleg Kolisnichenko. The chef respects local produce and collaborates with local farmers. The menu is updated seasonally, according to the harvest calendar. Zucchini blossoms, colorful tomatoes, local asparagus, chanterelles, and morels – seasonal local products are always available on the menu at La Fabbrica. The restaurant also offers special tasting menus created by the chef, available upon advance order.

The "Pravyy Bereg" restaurant holding (Rostov-on-Don) has been launching the best gastronomic projects in Rostov-on-Don and the Rostov region for fifteen years, organizing festivals, dinners, and master classes. Currently, "Pravyy Bereg" includes 24 restaurant projects. Part of the holding are the signature restaurants: "Yalla," "Macao," "Osh Pos," "Samovar," the "Osaka" chain, the new projects "TYO" and "RED BOAT," and the "KAF KAS" restaurant in Rosa Khutor.
