Paying homage to its historical legacy, the "Pech i Istorii" restaurant reinterprets traditional recipes, emphasizing local flavors. The menu features a harmonious blend of Russian, Caucasian, and European culinary elements. Most dishes are prepared over live fire in ovens: a "hosper," a wood-fired oven, and a "kabinet" grill, all from the Grillvett company.
