A cheese restaurant featuring seasonal cuisine in Southern Russia immerses guests in the atmosphere of a Swiss chalet. The author's menu includes seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, farm-raised meat and fish, and artisanal cheese, which we produce and age ourselves. Our diverse wine list allows us to best complement the delicate flavors of our dishes. The signature dish of our restaurant is fondue. A small pot of melted cheese, with a secret ingredient, is served for large groups, bringing them together around one table. On the second floor of our chalet, you'll find our cheese and yogurt production facilities, where we create handcrafted products for the restaurant and our own artisanal shop. By combining local, natural, and wholesome ingredients, we offer our guests a culinary experience, an atmosphere of comfort and warmth, reminiscent of the Swiss mountains, to which they will want to return again and again!
