About

Leth is a restaurant specializing in innovative cuisine, named after an Austrian winery. The restaurant embraces the concept of "sensory dining."

Leth describes its concept as "sensory cuisine," enhancing the dining experience with aromas, sounds, and visual elements. The head chef is Denis Nazarov (formerly of The Buddy and Tasty to family). The menu features dishes made with familiar ingredients but presented with intriguing names, such as "Burned Hay," "Charcoal Shrimp," and "Not Ice Cream."

The bar menu focuses on wines from the Austrian winery that shares the same name. The wine list boasts over 70 different wines by the bottle, ranging from the familiar Riesling to the more unique Muscateller.

The bar also offers a selection of cocktails and spirits. The interior design is in a loft style, featuring brick walls adorned with greenery, soft lighting, shelves filled with wine bottles, and a prominent use of wood.
