About

A space of taste and emotions in a residential area, featuring trendy, innovative cuisine and a wine list, artisanal bread, nostalgic desserts displayed in the window, and a fairytale-like atmosphere.

Love, Atmosphere, Joy, Kitchen. This restaurant in a Moscow residential area is a place for the soul, for meetings, for tranquility, for emotional experiences, and for culinary pleasure. At Lark Cafe, they believe that everyone, when setting life priorities, puts home and family first, followed by work, and then everyone needs a space where they can relax, escape from everyday concerns, be inspired by something amazing and unique, and at the same time feel as comfortable as they do in their own home. The project "Lark Cafe" was inspired by Yuri and Irina Moiseev, who own the successful cafe-bakery "Zavoronok." The guest's delight and special emotions begin with the recognizable fairytale-like interior designed by Elena Petracheva. She managed to create a concept of airy and focused lighting, complemented by custom-made furniture, tableware, and interior elements that emphasize the restaurant's uniqueness. The atmosphere of comfort and inspiration is conveyed through the "Comfort Kitchen." The food consists of familiar and traditional ingredients, but they are prepared and combined in a way that enhances their flavors. At the same time, the presentation is original and vibrant. The beautiful, handcrafted tableware highlights the individuality of each dish. The versatility of the cuisine and the mix of different styles, from which the best are selected, encourage guests to return every day for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. During the first half of the day, it is recommended to order freshly baked bread, desserts, and late breakfasts. In the evening, gather for dinner to enjoy four varieties of oysters directly from the Far East, or try the chef Eduard Pynzaru's bold signature dishes. The wine list at Lark Cafe was curated by the renowned sommelier Roman Sosnovsky, an expert who was ranked among the top 5 sommeliers in Europe in 2021 and was named the best sommelier in Moscow in 2018 and in Russia in 2017. The restaurant's wine list features over 60 wines from the Old and New Worlds, including Burgundies and wines made from indigenous grape varieties. The bar menu at Lark Cafe features aromatic signature teas and coffees roasted in-house, as well as strong alcoholic beverages and original cocktails developed for the establishment by bar tender Alexei Kashin (L.E.S., Ugolёk, Severiane). Special attention should be paid to the cider, which is served in the traditional style of northern Spain – on an escanciador. The device was made by a private craftsman specifically for the restaurant – this is practically an exclusive item, as you won't find such authentic equipment in other establishments in the capital. Lark Cafe hosts gastronomic dinners, wine tastings, themed parties, and live music evenings. A restored antique concert piano is played every Friday and Saturday by Yuri, a student at the Moscow State Conservatory named after P.I. Tchaikovsky.
