Alexander Valentinovitch Anoshkin, the head chef of Lark Group, was born on the border of Old and New Moscow. Alexander's childhood was no different from that of millions of Soviet boys of that time. He was involved in sports, played games like "Cossacks-robbers" with his friends, and dreamed of becoming a secret agent, like his grandfather. Later, his interests became much more extreme, but the influence of his mother, like that of all the women in his life, proved to be stronger, and Alexander enrolled in a culinary school, which he graduated with honors, and then went on to study at the Moscow State University of Technology and Management. Alexander's first job was at the cafeteria of the Moscow State Academy named after Kutafin, where he began to put his acquired knowledge into practice and discover new facets of culinary art. Over 22 years of his culinary career, he participated in many successful projects, including international ones: Chantecler catering (Moscow), Carre Noir catering (based on the FreshCafe corporate cafe), Bla Bla bar (Moscow), GQ bar (Bodrum), Bulgari. However, he gained true national recognition in 2020 after winning the television show "Battle of the Chefs" with Konstantin Ivlev and Renat Akzamov. In 2022, Alexander joined the Lark Group team, heading two projects of restaurateur Yuri Moiseev: the bakery-cafe "Zavoronok" and the restaurant "Lark Café." The idea of creating a neighborhood restaurant, "Urban Gourmet," resonated with Alexander and became the starting point for a new creative stage in his career. Themed dinners, interesting seasonal menus, the search for new flavors and combinations that could surprise even the most discerning foodies – a year of productive work yielded results, and the restaurant "Lark Café" rightfully earned its place among the finalists of the "Palm Branch" award.
