Kuznya Cafe, a democratic offshoot of the trendy restaurant and club KUZNYAHOUSE, offers a variety of options, including its own bakery, a dessert display, a kitchen, and comfortable food for everyday enjoyment.

Located on New Holland Island, in the former blacksmith's building next to the Kuznyahouse restaurant, Kuznya Cafe continues the restaurant's concept of simple, healthy food made with local and seasonal ingredients. The cafe features its own production of homemade preserves, pastries, as well as meat and fish delicacies, all prepared in its own smokehouse using proprietary recipes. The concise menu includes breakfast options such as omelets, croque monsieur, syrniki (a type of cheese pancake), and porridge (served daily from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM), as well as snacks to accompany wine, signature pizzas baked in a wood-fired oven with a perfect crust and unique toppings, seasonal salads, and main courses featuring meat and fish. Some of the restaurant's most popular dishes, such as crispy artichokes and a shrimp burger, have also made their way onto the cafe's menu. Kuznya Cafe bakes sourdough bread and croissants in its own oven. The bar menu features a selection of wines, classic cocktails (such as Aperol Spritz and Bloody Mary), beer, and homemade lemonades.
