It's about encounters that are often spontaneous, and about a love for oneself – for one's time and one's routines. This new restaurant concept was conceived by entrepreneurs Vladimir Kuznetsov and Alexei Leonov, specifically for the "residential" districts of Moscow. And the team of chefs – culinary curator Vladimir Chistyakov and head chef Timofey Sulima – are proving that a restaurant can offer interesting and original cuisine not just in the city center.

The first "Culture of Meeting" restaurant, located on Michurinsky Prospekt, will open towards the end of the year, in mid-December. The concept of a "restaurant for everyday life" fits perfectly into the ecosystem of this premium residential complex: offering leisurely breakfasts, business lunches, meetings with friends, and family dinners. "The Culture of Meeting" aims to embody the ideal work-life balance, bringing everything needed to achieve it close to home – from a café with fresh pastries to a restaurant with a stylish interior. Inspired by the silhouettes of large arched windows, architect Elena Lokastova interpreted ancient Russian motifs in a modern design, where even the gleaming metal of the central partition, the carved backs of the chairs, and the curved shapes evoke the image of domes and kokoshniks (traditional Russian headdresses). And Vladimir Chistyakov and Timofey Sulima reveal the national essence through simple and accessible cuisine – Russian in its feel, Soviet in its memories, and modern in its presentation.

The menu of "The Culture of Meeting" is an attempt to gather the most familiar elements and present them in a beautiful, interesting, and at the same time, homey way. The goal is for the restaurant near your home to be what a true, honest restaurant should be: a place where you want to come not for the sake of fashion, but for the experience and the connections.
