Hailing from the Aegean coast, Gümüş Yakup grew up immersed in the aromas of olive oil, fresh fish, and Eastern spices. He has already worked in top restaurants in Turkey, including Neolokal, Nusr-Et Steakhouse, and Sunset Grill & Bar.
