Khmeli-Sumeli

A new establishment, "Khmeli-Sumeli," from the Bellini Gastronomic Ecosystem, has opened in Krasnoyarsk, at the Vzlyotka complex.

Once upon a time, we were searching for happiness... and we found khachapuri! Now, every morning, our team members descend from the mountains to open the doors of the most welcoming and atmospheric khinkali restaurant precisely at noon.

At "Khmeli-Sumeli," the star of the show is khinkali, offered with a dozen different fillings: beef, lamb, chicken, seafood, cheese, and mushrooms. In addition to this culinary highlight, the menu features a variety of appetizers, salads, soups, and hot dishes, all prepared according to the finest Georgian traditions.

The heart of the restaurant is a special oven located in the center of the room, where fresh baked goods are created right before your eyes. They are carefully prepared and served immediately, while still hot.
