Founder of the Profkitchen brand.
Responsibilities and achievements: Managing the company. The organization operates in various cities across Russia. The goal of Profkitchen is to increase the profitability of restaurants through the implementation of modern IT systems and the professional optimization of all processes. Currently, the Russian community of professional chefs associated with Profkitchen has approximately 200,000 members. It includes 1 restaurant, 2 production facilities, and an online school.
