ABOUT THE RESTAURANT Herbarium Polugar Bar is located in the courtyard of a building on Petrovka Street. Here, you can sample infusions and liqueurs made from ingredients like charcoal, violets, turnips, and cucumbers – all ingredients that you wouldn't normally associate with alcoholic beverages. The names are listed in alphabetical order, making it easy to order six shots of "Victory" or "Moscow." All the infusions are made from natural ingredients. During the day, they serve Russian teas, such as Ivan tea. The interior of the establishment features a living wall, which adds to the atmosphere and emphasizes the natural concept.
