Hello Wine is the first establishment in Krasnoyarsk where two top executives from the Bellini Gastronomic Ecosystem restaurant group are the owners. Each is responsible for their respective areas: Executive Chef Roman Chemerenko is fully responsible for the kitchen, Brand Bar Manager Sergey Garmashov is responsible for the bar and wine, and together they manage the service and overall operations. The restaurant's main mission is to promote wine culture in the city. With our key expertise and years of experience, we have created a project where everything is perfectly combined: food, drinks, and unconventional service, where every guest is a friend. Unique "small plates" format: The main concept of the menu is a willingness to experiment and an openness to new ideas. Our dishes are served in small portions and at relatively affordable prices. This allows you to truly enjoy interesting flavor combinations and try several dishes at once. Late brunches and dinners with wine pairings: In just a few months, Hello Wine has become popular with Krasnoyarsk residents for its constantly evolving breakfast options, affordable lunches and dinners, and recommendations for wine pairings. Open kitchen: We believe in transparency in everything – you can watch the food preparation process "live." Wine pairings for each dish curated by a sommelier: The restaurant's philosophy is based on a modern format that allows you to learn about a dish in detail from various perspectives, along with a specially selected wine pairing. Large wine collection: Wine at Hello Wine is not just for special occasions. We offer the opportunity to immerse yourself in wine culture and incorporate it into your everyday life. Our constantly expanding wine list, featuring 250 labels, helps to develop the palates of our guests. Signature cocktail menu: Herbal, berry, and fruit-based cocktails – all with different strengths and unique flavors. They are designed to surprise with their uniqueness and encourage experimentation. Friendly atmosphere: All our interactions are based on strong friendships, where guests can fully trust us, feel at home, and receive the most sincere gastronomic recommendations. New format of gastronomic dinners: We invite chefs from all over the country to introduce the culinary culture of other cities and make new discoveries for Krasnoyarsk. We have already hosted dinners by teams of chefs from the Siberian Federal University Institute of Gastronomy, the "Zhan Huang Lu" restaurant (Novosibirsk), and the "SALT" gastrobar (Kaliningrad). Special approach to banquets: As we mentioned, experimentation is our main focus. We are ready to develop and prepare a special menu for your special event and provide the entire restaurant at your disposal.
