The Trattoria Formaggi restaurant opened in 2011. At that time, Italian cuisine was at its peak, and the new establishment quickly became one of the most popular restaurants in Krasnoyarsk. Years passed, tastes changed, and culinary trends evolved. While retaining its Italian roots, we have significantly expanded the range of styles and flavors to encompass the entire Mediterranean region. Our goal was to present the city with a completely new, yet familiar, restaurant with a rich history in 2022. The new Formaggi menu is inspired by Mediterranean cuisine, drawing on its unparalleled vibrancy and the incredible diversity that shapes the cultures of Southern Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa.
