"Bulgakov" bar opened in 2012 in a building that was once a shoe factory, built in the 1920s. It was the first project of the Berrywood Family restaurant group and was named "Discovery of the Year" by the Luxury Lifestyle Awards in 2012. Over the years, the establishment has gained immense popularity among residents and visitors of Krasnoyarsk, as evidenced by its high rankings on restaurant review platforms like Tripadvisor, Flamp, and "Afisha Krasnoyarsk."

The bar's eclectic interior, which blends vintage elements with Russian avant-garde, its unique cocktail menu featuring original infusions and cocktails created in Krasnoyarsk's only bar laboratory, and its innovative cuisine that combines modern Russian techniques with local ingredients and Siberian specialties, have made "Bulgakov" a culinary landmark of the city. In 2016, the Moscow-based online portal Afisha Daily included "Bulgakov" in its list of the 40 best restaurants in Russia.

The head chef of the bar is Mikhail Mikhailov. He is a proponent of modern simplicity, and his culinary philosophy is based on the taste and quality of the main ingredients, whether they are local or seasonal. Mikhail is a strong advocate for bold, explosive flavors, believing them to be the key components of a memorable dining experience.
