ABOUT THE RESTAURANT The format of this new establishment is unique. The stylish yet understated interior, designed by Irina Glik, evokes Parisian brasseries of the 1950s, a classic American diner, and a Basque ham shop. The seemingly simple chairs are a direct reference to European public spaces from the mid-20th century. However, the small bakery corner near the entrance clearly hints at its connection to other restaurants in the Semifreddo group. Getting acquainted with the menu reinforces this impression, suggesting something "more" than just an "Italian gastrobar." It can truly be called "Best of Italia": Chef Andrea Galli and Semifreddo Group's brand chef, Nino Graziano, have managed to include a wide variety of Italian culinary regions in a concise menu. At the very least, it represents the gastronomic landscape. Dishes like Fritto Misto from Piedmont, Parma ham, Milanese turkey cutlets, Sicilian sea bass, and other Italian specialties make the concise menu quite representative. In addition to the expected variety of focaccia, they also prepare several types of pizza and pasta, including gluten-free options upon request. Classic Italian dishes are also served alongside авторские creations, which is characteristic of all restaurants in the group. One of the "highlights" of the focaccia shop is the sausages and cured meats produced in-house by Chef Andrea Galli. This includes exquisite Prosciutto di Culatello, three types of sausages: spicy, Felino salami, Fabriano salami, as well as Coppa, Mortadella, and Pancetta made from beef and pork. Furthermore, there is a wide selection of cheeses, and fresh mozzarella and burrata are made by Italian cheesemakers and delivered here daily.
