El Pimpi is a Spanish restaurant from the Alba Group, emphasizing a meat-centric menu and an atmosphere that blends the many regions of Spain – their character, traditions, and, of course, their cuisine. The sounds of bullfighting can always be heard, accompanied by the clinking of glasses filled with Tinto de verano, while the passionate rhythms of flamenco stir the heart in time with the castanets. Each dish at El Pimpi is a small story, which can only be truly understood by experiencing its essence. The project's head chef is Enver Jemilov, who has a strong track record with other Alba Group restaurants (Pafos, South 22). He has created a true gastronomic guide to Spain: the menu incorporates numerous dialects, recipes, and culinary specialties from various regions. The bar menu is a travel diary of Mr. El Pimpi, and each cocktail, like a true story, captivates from the first sip. The wine list is organized by region and covers the entire geography of Spain, from the crisp Rioja to the rich Garnacha.
