A restaurant and seafood bar with a relaxed atmosphere and the motto "Kusto: Always the freshest catch."

This fish restaurant, located in the heart of Yekaterinburg, embodies the motto "Kusto: Always the freshest catch." Fresh fish is displayed on the counters, and live seafood is in the aquariums. Our guests can enjoy fish from local fishermen as well as from the northern regions. The simple preparation methods preserve the purity of the flavors.

The interior design is by the architectural firm RIM.VIII. The main theme is the sea. The rounded backs and armrests of the chairs, the lamps shaped like fish traps, and the shadows of fish swimming along the walls all contribute to the atmosphere. The interior features bubbles, shells, seaweed, and fragments of dry wood collected from the seashore. The atmosphere is unique: the salty smell, the sea breeze, the cries of seagulls, and the feeling of a fish market. Everything on display is fresh and can be taken away. There are no formal evening attire requirements, candles, or orchestras.
