A unique perspective on familiar things in Kaliningrad: a European restaurant with Asian and Nordic influences, located in a cinema built in Königsberg in the late 1930s.

The restaurant is housed in the historic "Zarya" cinema building, designed by German architect Siegfried Sassnick in 1938. The interior is predominantly in dark tones, with elements of natural copper. The walls are made of red German brick, with remnants of crumbling plaster. The ceiling features signs of wear and tear, including exposed roofing material, a large cornice painted black to match the ceiling, and other damaged elements. Historical features have been preserved, including the steps between the bar area and the restaurant, made of aged German brick, decorative moldings in the doorways, and the ceiling in the bar. All the furniture is custom-made. A large, black, faux fireplace is a central focal point, with handcrafted chandeliers made of wooden beads, painted in dark shades, hanging above it. Metal panels with cutouts and hidden lighting run along the perimeter of the room. The kitchen is separated from the dining area by a copper-colored partition. The restaurant's lighting uses gallery-style fixtures, creating a subdued and intimate atmosphere.

The concept of the cuisine is based on a unique interpretation of international culinary traditions. Modern cooking techniques are used to enhance the flavors, with exotic Asian and Nordic influences. The chef's team aims to offer guests a fresh perspective on familiar dishes, expanding their understanding of culinary possibilities and challenging conventional notions of food.
