Discover the Cuisines of the Black Sea Region

Located in a separate two-story building, the "Black Sea" restaurant delights its guests with stunning sunsets over the coast and exquisite dishes featuring Black Sea fish delicacies. Upon entering the restaurant, you'll find a large aquarium filled with mussels, oysters, vongole, and spitzula, all cultivated in the Black Sea. They are caught right in front of you, expertly prepared, and served immediately. The menu features local ingredients and the best recipes from the Black Sea region, presented with the chef's unique interpretation. They know how to prepare excellent fish here: horse mackerel, sardine, whiting, sargus, gurnard, wolf-fish, and, of course, flounder – it can be pan-fried to a golden crust, smoked in the restaurant's own smokehouse using aromatic alder, oak, cherry, or apricot wood chips, or grilled in the "Hoshper" charcoal oven – whatever you prefer. Foodies and lovers of fish and seafood will find plenty to enjoy.
