About

Soviet aesthetics from the 60s and 70s, combined with Italian design. A menu by Georgy Kuzmin: comfortable food with a blend of Soviet and Italian flavors.

The restaurant offers a unique combination of nostalgia for the Soviet era of the 60s and 70s with the sophistication of Italian style. The interior combines the bourgeois aesthetics of the USSR – elements of vintage furniture, a Tom Dixon chandelier in a futuristic style – with the elegance of Italian design: soft lines, natural materials, and a warm color palette. Chef Georgy Kuzmin creates a menu inspired by the philosophy of comfortable and accessible food. The focus is on simple yet refined dishes that combine Soviet culinary traditions with Italian accents. For example, ravioli with braised beef and root vegetable mousse, a "very fishy" soup made with three types of fish, and a "childhood candy" with caramel sauce. The restaurant will be a place where guests can enjoy a cozy atmosphere, delicious food, and pleasant memories, reinterpreted through a modern perspective.
