In the kitchen, father and son Fabrizio and Andrea Girasoli complement each other with perfect harmony, presenting a wide and versatile menu that confidently balances meat and seafood. Their impeccable technique highlights both comforting flavors of tradition – such as unforgettable Tyrrhenian scampi grilled on blazing lava stone with liquid Catalana sauce, baby radish salad, and green mango – and imaginative creations, such as a delicious cocoa cigar filled with foie gras, apple, and hazelnut, a tribute to maestro Puccini. Hospitality is marked by a genuine family spirit, delivered with refined professionalism: Mariella, Fabrizio’s wife, gracefully and attentively orchestrates the service.
