"Bonjour Toujours" is a French bistro where they know how to share the joy of life and transform simple things into something special. During the day, a pleasant hustle and bustle prevails, with the murmur of lively conversations and unobtrusive music. In the evening, "Bonjour Toujours" is filled with the warmth of long-awaited meetings with loved ones: it's so easy to feel free from the worries of the day, immersing yourself in your own little celebration. The concept and main inspiration for "Bonjour Toujours" was Olga Andreyeva. This is her first independent project, and she has poured all her love for France into it – a country where the atmosphere of joy and the value of each day are particularly palpable. Two cozy rooms, filled with the aroma of freshly baked bread and fragrant coffee, immediately transport you to Paris – in these times, this is practically a unique opportunity to experience, if not physically, then at least in spirit, your favorite city. The ceiling is painted in the color of young Bordeaux, setting the mood for a glass or two of wine. And that's the right choice here, because the wine list was curated by the renowned sommelier, Vlada Lesnichenko. She paired a Beaujolais Village with the duck confit, a Bourgogne Aligoté with the snails, and a Château Moulin with the filet mignon. A journey through the wine regions of France at "Bonjour Toujours" is perfectly complemented by the cuisine of chef Alexander Erin. The basis of his menu is classic French dishes prepared according to traditional recipes: pâtés and rillettes, Niçoise salad and ratatouille, mille-feuille and crêpes Suzette... Fresh croissants with coffee for breakfast, a fragrant onion soup for lunch, and for dinner – tartare with crispy baguette and baked scallops with a glass of wine. "Bonjour Toujours" is ready to envelop you in the charm of Paris at any time of day. Breakfast is served starting at 8:30 AM, and on weekends, you can prolong the pleasure, feeling like a true French epicure, until dusk – a large part of the day is dedicated to brunch. Apple crumble with a scoop of ice cream, a forestier omelet, and the famous Croque Monsieur – at "Bonjour Toujours," it's easier than anything to have breakfast in the French style, without leaving the city. For your first visit, we recommend trying the chicken liver pâté with apricot jam, foie gras with a Cointreau and blueberry sauce, and definitely the mussels in Dorblu sauce. For a romantic date, order the Marseilles bouillabaisse (served for two) and a set of 18 Helix Aspersa Muller snails. You are always welcome here! Bonjour Toujours!
