About

A Nikkei-style restaurant, offering a unique blend of Peruvian and Japanese cuisine, has opened in Moscow City, marking the offline expansion of the Bluefin premium seafood delivery service.

Bluefin, a service specializing in delivering high-quality Japanese cuisine and seafood, has launched its first brick-and-mortar restaurant in the heart of Moscow City. The menu features a distinctive Nikkei style, combining Peruvian and Japanese flavors, with a selection of signature dishes created by executive chef Santiago Torrijos. He has extensive experience working in renowned Michelin-starred restaurants such as Joël Robuchon 3*, Le Grand Vefour Guy Martin 3*, Le Plaza Athénée 3*, Le Bristol Eric Frechon 3*, and has participated in numerous international culinary events, including with his own Atelier Rodier project, which was nominated for a "Michelin star." Torrijos plans to host monthly gourmet dinners featuring guest chefs. The Japanese cuisine is still overseen by Bluefin's executive chef, Nikolai Kim, and head chef, Vadim Pak. The signature cocktail menu has been developed by the award-winning Roman Vize ("Best Bartender of Central Russia," and other accolades). The new restaurant, designed with inspiration from the upscale restaurants of Hong Kong and Singapore, is located in a standalone glass building on the square in front of the Neva Towers. The intimate and cozy space features floor-to-ceiling windows, stylish bamboo lampshades, and is adorned with cascading plants, creating a lush, emerald ambiance. A large dining room, accommodating up to 60 guests, and a spacious outdoor terrace will open in the spring. Average bill: from 3,000 rubles. Monday to Sunday: 10:00 AM - 11:00 PM.
