The 354 Restaurant Group, led by Vasilchuki, presents a large-scale project – the Jamaa restaurant, located on the 84th floor of the OKO tower in the Moscow City business district. The highest point on the city's culinary map offers not only an unprecedented panoramic view, but also a unique concept inspired by the ideas of community, unity, and universal traditions. The name Jamaa, which translates from Swahili as "community" or "family," fully reflects the philosophy of the establishment. This is a space where boundaries are blurred, and human connections, shared emotions, and the unifying power are placed at the forefront. The Jamaa menu is a masterful journey through the flavors of different cultures, embodied in a modern, авторская (author's) interpretation. Executive Chef Alexander Raylyan has created a harmonious dialogue of culinary traditions: the vibrant and complex spices of the East meet the light and fresh gastronomy of the Mediterranean. Each dish is a story told in a universal language. Special attention is paid to the dessert menu, which is entirely developed by pastry chef Fatima Saleh. Her original creations, combining traditional techniques and a modern vision, become the perfect finale to the culinary experience. A large, interactive bar table, located opposite the main bar, is a central element of the dining room. This is not just a design detail, but an embodiment of the concept: here, guests can interact with the bartenders and with each other, observing the art of creating drinks, which blurs the formal boundary between the bar, the guest, and Moscow. The uniqueness of Jamaa is also highlighted by the story of its creation. It was built without a traditional design project; the atmosphere was created in real time through the vision of founder Alexei Vasilchuk and artist Natalia Levchenko. This method brought a special human, artisanal energy and handcrafted quality to the interior. Natural materials, ethnic details, soft lighting, and a breathtaking panorama of Moscow at night create a feeling of tranquility, inner harmony, and detachment from the hustle and bustle of the metropolis. As evening approaches, the restaurant transforms into an energetic center, "igniting" the streets of the city. The sounds of lounge music and world-beat rhythms, signature cocktails from head bartender Alexander Avdokhin, and a special, magnetic atmosphere make Jamaa a place where one thing is important: to stop, savor the moment, and experience the true taste of life surrounded by like-minded people.
