Ivanka is a luxurious restaurant located on the fourth floor of the Neva Towers complex, offering a stunning panoramic view of Moscow City, evoking the atmosphere of New York and Dubai. The Mediterranean cuisine focuses not only on fresh seafood and fish but also on their exquisite preparation. The menu includes dishes such as scallop crudo with apple and tarragon, bruschetta with stracciatella and black caviar, linguine with vongole and bottarga, charcoal-grilled fish with potato gnocchi, and Milanese veal. Some dishes are served with a special presentation directly at the guest's table, such as Marseille fisherman's soup, turbot, wild sea bass baked in the Sicilian style or in salt. The wine list, curated by head sommelier Roman Smirnov (formerly of Anatoly Komm for Raff House, Ginza Project), features carefully selected wines from the Mediterranean region and Champagne. The cocktail menu, created by Alisa Abdulkaiymova (formerly of Twins Garden, and various Spanish projects by Dani Garcia), offers a range of luxurious and memorable flavors, such as "In Memory of My Memory." Guests can also enjoy signature cocktails like the "Envelope Wishing," a blend of tequila, citrus aperitif, a strawberry and biscuit crumble, or the elegant "French 76," which playfully combines rose-infused gin, sparkling wine with passion fruit, and strawberry-fermented yogurt. The interior design of the 550 square meter space, including a luxurious outdoor terrace that can be fully enclosed in case of inclement weather, was created by the architectural firm Archpoint, led by Valery Lizunov. The design is inspired by the Hermes boutique in Paris and the interiors of luxury yachts, featuring light walls with hand-applied stucco, elegant wood, a bio-fireplace in the center of the room, a bar counter made of natural marble, an Italian jellyfish-shaped chandelier made of papier-mâché, a pristine white concrete curtain that simulates the movement of the wind, a giant nautical knot on the ceiling, and a champagne bath.
