About

A restaurant featuring modern St. Petersburg cuisine, located on the 9th floor of the "Grand Hotel Moika 22," offering panoramic views of the city's main attractions.

"Bellevue" is French for "beautiful view," and the restaurant lives up to its name, situated on the 9th floor of the "Grand Hotel Moika 22." From the panoramic windows, guests can enjoy stunning views of the Hermitage, Palace Square, St. Isaac's Cathedral, the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood, the Peter and Paul Fortress, and the Admiralty – the main landmarks of the northern capital. Chef Nikolai Khvalynsky, combining tradition with a unique approach, is essentially creating a new St. Petersburg cuisine. Having worked in Vilnius and Copenhagen, his dishes reflect a strong French foundation and the influence of New Nordic Cuisine. The restaurant's interior is designed in a modern style with Art Deco elements. Most of the details are made from dark marble and wood.
