A vibrant creative collaboration between two innovative restaurant groups, Folk Team + Dreamteam, presents a new concept. This fish brasserie is an unexpected fusion of beer culture and seafood gastronomy.

Utilizing an unusual layout, the creators have combined a lively bar, an open kitchen, a fish display, a brewing area, and traditional seating into a space filled with light and air. The classic brasserie style in the interior incorporates elements of Californian seafood restaurants and the sophisticated elegance of a yacht, where French refinement meets the raw textures of industrial design. Large windows connect the dining room to a terrace that cascades down to a multi-level square, transforming it into the most beautiful beer garden in Moscow.

The core concept is experimental gastronomy featuring fish and seafood. The menu includes octopus mortadella, chebureks (pastries) filled with crab and shrimp, wellington with salmon, and octopus hot dogs. Dreamteam's expertise has brought the idea of modern beer aesthetics to life in all its intriguing depth: from draft beer served from a half-ton tank to handcrafted beers in ice-cooled kegs. The restaurant features an "Oyster-man" who walks among the tables, offering guests fresh oysters that are shucked in front of them. There's also a "Beer boy" who continuously refills glasses with draft Port Pilsner until the guest places a beer coaster on top.

On weekends, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, "Anchovies" hosts a Junior Club with creative children's workshops. There's also a special menu for children, as well as a "Junior Box" – a set meal in a gift package, consisting of shrimp and cod nuggets, French fries with two sauces or fresh vegetable sticks (choice of one), and temporary tattoos for boys and girls featuring the restaurant's logo, as well as shrimp-shaped keychains.
