About
Anton has worked as a chef in the following Moscow restaurants: "22.13" (Global Point restaurant group), "Fahrenheit" (Maison Dellos), and Josper & wine bar "Steak it Easy" (RestArt holding). In May 2018, Anton joined the United Company "Rappoport Restaurants" and headed the kitchen of the "Beluga" restaurant until September 2020. Currently, he is the chef at Restaurant by deep fried friends (Moscow). He has partnered with Georgiy Troyan to lead the kitchen in Anton Pinsky's new restaurant, Le Pigeon, and is also the chef at the ANCHOVY'S CLUB restaurant in Moscow. In 2024, Anton received an award in the "Chef of the Year" category from the "Best in the Industry 2024. Palm Branch of the Restaurant Business" awards.
