Junkle

About

The new fast-casual project, Junkle, is the perfect breakfast after a night out, a lunch with friends, or your favorite guilty pleasure.

While some say that everything has already been invented, others are making us look at familiar things from a new perspective. That's why a new fast-casual project, Junkle, has opened at the Central Market – the perfect breakfast after a party, a lunch with friends, or your favorite guilty pleasure. The creators of the concept focused on the quality of the ingredients, the unusual combination of flavors, and the visual appeal, adding style and character to everything. Alexander Garagulia (Underdog) was responsible for developing the menu, and the stars of the show are sliders (490 rubles) – mini-burgers that immediately inspire two desires: to photograph them and to eat them. One serving includes two sliders, and you can mix and match three varieties: a classic with a beef patty and cheddar cheese, chicken, or a Mexican version with guacamole and bell pepper. Of course, there are also other important staples of junk food: hot dogs (390 rubles) and sandwiches (390 rubles). This section also caters to vegetarians: any hot dog can be made with a plant-based sausage, and grilled cheese sandwiches with spinach or apple demonstrate that even without meat, food can be delicious. The "starters" section includes signature fries (90 rubles), including with a demi-glace sauce (290 rubles), chicken strips (390 rubles), as well as the "Junkle" salad (290 rubles) and soup (290 rubles) – for those who prefer pleasure without the guilt. The project's mascot is a raccoon, which embodies the "let it slide" ideology – let things take their course. The philosophy of acceptance and enjoying simple things, whether it's a walk with friends, a sunny day, or a party that lasts until morning, is all a great reason to visit Junkle.
