Alaska is a modern pool club in the Malevich Park, brought to you by Lucky Group, featuring a pool and various other amenities, as well as a restaurant and a bar. Inspired by the natural beauty of the park, Lucky Group has created a cozy pool club for everyone who enjoys nature, both in summer and winter. The heart of the club is a heated pool, surrounded by sun loungers and cabanas for private relaxation or gatherings with a large group. A sauna complex will open on the club grounds in the fall. The restaurant by the pool, with its spacious terrace, will complement the relaxation experience with dishes created by executive chef Alexander Shuba. Guests can enjoy meals both indoors and on the sun loungers. The Alaska restaurant menu features locally sourced ingredients with a focus on fish, fresh vegetables, and herbs. Executive Chef Alexander Shuba prepares European cuisine dishes on the grill, emphasizing seasonal ingredients. The appetizer section includes carpaccio and tartare, while the pasta selection features paccheri with truffle, pappardelle bolognese, and calamata with bottarga. For main courses, the chef recommends a sirloin steak with French fries or sea bass with capers. Bar manager Oleg Kovalev has created a menu based on the "low ABV" philosophy: light cocktails with reduced alcohol content. The menu includes Spritz, Highball, Gimlet, and Sour cocktails, as well as classic cocktails in a modern interpretation. The wine list, curated by head sommelier Dmitry Protasevich, is carefully selected, ranging from glasses to collectible bottles. It features classic regions of France and Italy, complemented by Germany, Austria, Spain, the New World, and Russia.
