TartuFo is a beautiful corner of the floral Riviera located in Barvikha.

The Tartufo restaurant (a project of the Gourmet Alliance holding) is a stunning space that evokes the atmosphere of the floral Riviera, reflected in the smallest details of the interior, the music, and even the aroma of the cuisine. The restaurant features expensive furniture, heavy curtains, the sparkle of crystal chandeliers, fireplaces, candles, and decorative moldings. It's the perfect place to start the day with breakfast, enjoy lunch, conduct business meetings, and dine with loved ones. The restaurant's chef, Tamaz Amaryan, and brand chef, Vladimir Khokhlov, have created an exquisite menu where "tartufo," which translates to truffle in Italian, takes center stage. The menu also includes dry-aged steaks, pizza baked in a wood-fired oven with both thin and Roman-style crusts, homemade pasta, fresh seafood from the aquarium, and an extensive wine list.
