About
Roman Kachanov began his career in the restaurant industry in 2011 in the city of Togliatti, working as a waiter at a bowling alley. At the same time, he started getting involved in bar work, learning the art of bartending, and after a couple of years, already a bartender, he moved to Nizhny Novgorod, where he joined the Italian restaurant Mükka. Roman Kachanov's introduction to the bar scene in St. Petersburg began at "Kitayskaya Gramota," where, alongside honing his skills, he learned to handle the large volume of customers characteristic of Russia's bar capital. Roman attributes the development of his own style and taste to his work at the restaurant "48 Stulyev," after which he had the opportunity to work at the St. Petersburg bars To.Be and "Grani." Following his time at "Grani," Roman Kachanov joined the Italy&co holding as the head bartender at the Ante seafood&bar restaurant, working in tandem with Igor Antropov (W, Percorso).

The key and distinctive features of my cocktails are their ease of preparation, unconventional combinations, and the highlighting of the best aspects of the base ingredients."
