The "48 Chairs" kitchen, unlike typical jazz restaurants, leans towards innovative haute cuisine. Chef Alexander Goryainov experiments with textures and flavor combinations. Each dish is a unique, multi-sensory experience. Engage all your senses and enjoy! The wine list, a recipient of two stars from the Russian Wine Awards, complements the main menu. Head sommelier Dmitry Parhomchuk has focused on French wines and Champagne, as well as wines from the Old World, but also highlights exciting new producers in the organic and biodynamic sectors. Special sections include "glass selections" and "sommelier's choice." Rare examples of winemaking from Russia, such as barrel-aged Sauvignon Blanc from Slovenia, are also available. The bar area of "48 Chairs" immerses guests in the atmosphere of a classic lobby bar from a bygone era. Head bartender and silver medalist in the all-Russian "World Cocktail Championship," Danila Rogachev, creates intricate alcoholic and low-alcohol cocktails using molecular gastronomy techniques.
