A stylish establishment with a multicultural cuisine located on Rubinstein Street. The bar menu focuses on signature cocktails and creative twists on classics.

In December 2013, the "Geografiya" bar-restaurant opened its doors on Rubinstein Street, then the most prominent restaurant street in St. Petersburg. For 10 years, the team has strived to take guests on a culinary journey with each dish and drink. Now, things will be different – "Geografiya" will bring the entire world to its bar. And they will do it in style: the team will dedicate the next five years to exploring the five continents. The first year will be dedicated to Asia. The restaurant has prepared a special menu featuring vibrant dishes from Asian cultures and signature cocktails. For example, duck leg with longan and braised kimchi is served with the "Kama" cocktail, pad thai is recommended with the "Tiger Head" mix, and gyoza is paired with the "Origami" drink. The main menu still features beloved dishes from various cultures, such as borscht with beef and rendered pork fat, rabbit cutlets with pomegranate sauce, penne with eggplant, stracciatella, and arrabiata sauce. The head bartender, Nikolai Orekhov, is responsible for the cocktail program. The menu features approximately 20 signature cocktails. The drinks include intriguing ingredients such as sea buckthorn-galangal infusion, vanilla and tonka bean liqueur, and lacto-fermented plum. The team also experiments with different preparation methods. Specifically for the Schmidt Espresso Martini, they use a machine that infuses and serves the drink with nitrogen (yes, like the famous Guinness beer). The "Epico" cocktail was aged for several months in a Spanish oak barrel. The interior of the establishment is designed in an eclectic style. It features natural wood of precious species, metals, and leather. The subdued lighting creates a cozy and intimate atmosphere at any time of day. Decorative elements with a travel theme, such as souvenirs brought from different countries, add to the unique ambiance. Asia will be represented not only in the menu at "Geografiya": a hidden Asian bar is located in the living room area. It will operate in two formats: a private bar hosted by "Geografiya" itself, which will open several times a month, and guest shifts featuring the best Asian projects in the country in a pop-up format. In the latter case, the restaurant meticulously recreates the interior, atmosphere, drinks, and dishes of the guest bar. And the actual team from the project comes to work! This pop-up bar becomes a journey to any point in the world.
