Pavel Sannikov was born and raised in Novosibirsk. As a child, he dreamed of becoming a chef, but he began his career in the hospitality industry working in coffee shops, and then moved on to a job at the famous Party Bar, where he became immersed in that culture. In 2021, Pavel joined "Zhan Huang Lu" as a bartender, and two years later, he became the head bartender of the project.

In 2024, Pavel Sannikov took over the bar program at the "Zherarnia" restaurant and created a gastronomic cocktail menu dedicated to four regions of France: Provence, Aquitaine, Normandy, and Champagne. The menu features sixteen cocktails, categorized by flavor profiles and alcohol content, ranging from the light and refreshing "Mary aux crevettes" with its distinct seafood flavor, to the rich and complex "Entre Terre et Mer," with its notes of orange bitterness and nuts. Pavel finds inspiration when he is able to fully realize his vision in a drink.
