In St. Petersburg, Artem headed the kitchen of the trendy vegetarian cafe "Brat," and then worked at the pasta bar "Flour and Water," where he dedicated most of his time to culinary experiments, offering guests new dishes or updates every week.

At the restaurant "Forgot Sugar," Artem prepares comforting food. "Specifically for this project, I chose dishes that, on the one hand, will be easily understood by everyone, but at the same time, can surprise guests with an unexpected and unusual twist on a familiar theme," Artem notes. "An unconventional presentation, a new interpretation, a combination of flavors that will be a discovery – this kind of gastronomy becomes a source of fresh emotions, is memorable, and fosters positive and lasting relationships. It's the kind of food you share with your friends, who, unable to resist, will definitely join you next time."

He was born in the Rostov region, in the city of Novocherkassk. At the age of 17, he chose a career in the hospitality industry, starting as a waiter and bartender. Soon, his interest in gastronomy took over, and Artem got his first position as a kitchen assistant at the age of 19.
