About
The future head chef was born and raised in Astrakhan, and from a young age, he wanted to cook. However, he initially enrolled in an art college to develop his aesthetic sense, and he decided to gain culinary experience through practical work. Arsentiy started working in a kitchen at the age of 16, and by 19, he had become the head chef of one of Astrakhan's gastro-bars. He then moved to Moscow and worked on a series of projects, the most notable of which were J'PAN and "345." In 2024, Arsentiy went to Teriberka, where he managed the kitchen of the Polar Whale restaurant and cooked using locally sourced Northern ingredients. He joined Tilda to make a significant statement, as the restaurant, over the years, has not only won the hearts of its guests but has also received numerous accolades and awards: the Michelin Guide Moscow in the Bib Gourmand category in 2022, the Louis Vuitton City Guide 2021 (Moscow), "Best Breakfast Spot" according to The City in 2022, and the Russian Wine Awards in 2018, 2020, and 2024. At Tilda, Arsentiy prepares simple, accessible, and beautiful dishes with a focus on Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.
