About

Having worked in the kitchen since the age of 16, he is a second-generation chef. He graduated from "Food College No. 33" with a degree in culinary arts and management. From 2007 to 2010, he worked as a chef at Cantinetta Antinori. Afterwards, he worked as a sous chef at the Georgian restaurant "Gotinaza" until early 2012. Later, he joined the "Chayka" project as a chef, where he worked with Michelin-starred chefs such as Alain Passard and Michel Roth. In the summers of 2013 and 2014, he worked as a sous chef at the "Olive Beach" restaurant in "Gorky Park," part of the Ginza Project, under the direction of the Italian chef Giacomo Lombardi. He was then invited to the pop-up project Door 19, where he worked in the kitchen alongside foreign chefs ranked among the "World's Best Restaurants" by San Pellegrino. He participated in the launch of the La Bella Societa project. He was invited to the position of sous chef at 15 Kitchen Bar. In Sergei Minayev's "Bread and Wine" project, he became the head chef of five restaurants, a role he held for two years. From 2018 to February 2026, he worked with the team of restaurants owned by Vladimir Perelman, and he oversaw the opening of three "Ryba Moya" (My Fish) restaurants under the direction of the brand chef, Dmitry Parikov. For two years, he was the head chef of a project on Tsvetnoy Boulevard, and then he was appointed head chef at the "Ryba Moya" restaurant on Slavianskaya Square. Later, he launched "Ryba Moya" on Novinsky Boulevard. Alexei participated in the development of dishes for the "Arctic" festival, conceived by chef Dmitry Parikov.
