Cantinetta Antinori is a joint project between Arkady Novikov and the Italian wine house Antinori. These names promise and demand excellence. The Antinori family, with its 700-year history, is one of the key players in the Italian wine revolution of the 1970s. Cantinetta Antinori is a restaurant dedicated to food and wine, celebrating the bounty of the fertile land and the generous sun of Tuscany.

The restaurant's interior is a blend of home, wine cellar, and landscape. Guests enter Cantinetta Antinori through a summer veranda with wicker furniture and living trees – a place where it's always pleasant to celebrate numerous family occasions. The main hall features light walls, dark furniture, and numerous photographs, embodying a classic style.

The open kitchen is the focal point, symbolizing the heart of the home and the place where the main events unfold.

The chef of Cantinetta Antinori, Mauro Panebianco, knows that cooking is a blessing and a gesture of gratitude to nature for its generosity.
