This restaurant, with an open kitchen and dominated by white tones, is committed to transparency and quality in everything relating to the product and its origins in a bid to highlight the value of local raw ingredients. Chef Dani Carnero, who has other businesses in the city (La Cosmopolita and Kaleja), is looking for a more direct and fluid culinary concept here, championing the Malaga tradition and seafood flavours.
