Bistrot Brioude

Under the same roof as its sister restaurant, Brioude, is the bistro, which has its own separate space – itself split into two bright areas. It serves a smart, traditional market-fresh menu: poultry, pistachio and morel pâté en croûte; fin gras du Mézenc, porcini and carrot purée; feuillantine praline and coffee ice cream.
