Sa Clastra is located within the walls of the iconic, one-Michelin-key Castell Son Claret, with its delightful gardens, a romantic patio for alfresco dining in fine weather, plus an interior of rare beauty. Here, head chef Jordi Cantó serves creative cuisine that reinterprets the legacy of Mallorca’s traditional cooking, which is exclusively showcased on a single Wind and Memory tasting menu (choose between short or long formats). This menu focuses on the different winds that blow across Mallorca (Tramuntana, Gregal, Mitjorn, Ponent, Mistral, etc), on a journey full of nuances and childhood memories of the island’s cuisine, while at the same time leaving the door ajar for spices “brought by the wind” from countries further afield. We recommend that you leave your car in the car park at the entrance to enjoy a delightful stroll through the magnificent garden!
