This centrally located restaurant with a modern interior is an unexpected surprise, bringing back to life a delightful stone house over two centuries old. The owner-chef offers guests a varied à la carte on which traditional recipes stand alongside more modern dishes with hints of fusion, a few seafood options, plus plenty of grilled specialities cooked over a wood fire. This is complemented by an 8-course tasting menu that needs to be ordered ahead of time. Our recommendations include grilled octopus with kimchi, parmentier and Ibarra chilli peppers, and the superb grilled sea bass, designed for two people to share.
